Shipping Policy
SECTION 1 – SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship orders within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
SECTION 2 – ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
SECTION 3 – SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on select promotions or products, which will be clearly stated.
SECTION 4 – DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
SECTION 5 – ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.
SECTION 6 – DELAYS AND ISSUES
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if there are postal service problems beyond our control, shipments may be delayed. We appreciate your patience.
SECTION 7 – LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@mypowergrip.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
SECTION 8 – INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
