Return and Refund Policy
SECTION 1 – RETURNS
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
SECTION 2 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some items, such as customized or personalized products, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please check the product description for specific details about eligibility.
SECTION 3 – REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
SECTION 4 – EXCHANGES

SECTION 5 – RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
SECTION 6 – DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@mypowergrip.com. We will either provide you with a full refund or send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
