The pro punch bag bracket is specifically designed for use in confined spaces where you are looking to maximise floor space whilst still ensure a high commercial quality punch bag bracket.

With a working load of 400+ lbs you can be sure that the bracket it strong enough to hold just about anything you have at home!! The single bracket system comes with a heavy duty eye bolt which is perfect for attaching either a punch bag or one of our famous cable systems!

Perfect for both commercial and home gym use the Lift & Press single bracket comes ready to go straight out of the box and is blessed with a sleek epoxy coated finish to ensure its durability!

If you have had any major customizations to your products, a return for a refund may not be possible. We can handle this on a case-by-case basis. We are reasonable folks.

We Provide Cheap Flat-Rate Shipping to the continental US, and Free Shipping for orders over $250.

Car Deadlift Frames ship for a flat $250 to the lower 48 states.

Every item of stock is designed in full by Lift & Press at our HQ in Powder Springs thus delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered.
We aim to ship orders inside 10-12 working days dependent upon the level of design and/or customization required. Many items ship even faster!
